Description
Members of the South Pasadena Preservation Foundation can purchase personalized centennial commemorative plaques for $200. A deposit of $100 must be received with the order and the balance of $100 on delivery. Non-members pay the same $100 for deposit, with a balance of $150 due on delivery (total $250).
Because the cost of dual or family membership is very modest (only $35 per year), most homeowners desiring centennial plaques usually choose to join, thus officially becoming part of the preservation community.

You can pay online after you submit the form, or mail your deposit check (made out to SPPF) to Centennial House Plaques, 1213 Stratford Avenue, South Pasadena Ave, CA 91030. If desired, please also complete the membership form, which can be found at sppreservation.org.
You will receive a proof sheet of the plaque text for your approval prior to manufacture. An estimated delivery date will be determined at the time of the order (allow for at least 4-6 weeks for order processing, manufacture, and shipping).
